What is GHR Consulting?GHR Consulting is a Galway-based HR consultancy that was set up to assist SME’s who required help with their HR duties but could not justify the expense of having an in-house HR department. Existing clients are located nationwide and include Dubarry of Ireland, Ecofuel, Perfuze, Midwest Fire and Security, McCambridges, Clean Cut Meals and Carey Construction.Who is the Promoter?GHR consulting was set up in 2019 by Ruairi Guckian, a Galway native. Ruairi is a highly experienced and qualified HR professional, with both national and international experience. Before setting up GHR Consulting, Ruairi worked in senior HR Management/Director level roles for Crossrail in London and Dubarry and Corrib Oil in Galway. Ruairi is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified and has a B.Comm and a Masters in Corporate Strategy and People Management & Development from NUIG, and a Post Grad in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.What are the values of GHR Consulting?
