The ‘Town Retail Support Programme’ is a training initiative designed to give participating businesses expert advice and strategic focus.
Delivered by James Smith & Associates (best known for their work with Feargal Quinn) the one-to-one programme targeted at owner/managers, will challenge 15 retail / customer facing businesses about how they currently do business and will look at real ways to improve sales growth and profitability.
