Ennis Chamber – Soapbox Breakfast

Ennis Chamber will host the last Soapbox Breakfast of our 2024 series, on Wednesday October 9th, sponsored by St Francis Credit Union.

The format sees three Ennis Chamber member businesses step up to the plate to outline the services they provide, and to share news updates.

On Wednesday October 9th, we will welcome Michael Gombart of Bright HR to give an overview of the Bright HR Software platform that promises to ‘transform your HR, health & safety and people management’.

Next up will be Alan Canavan, CEO of ASafe Global, who will introduce the audience to this sector-leading company,  dedicated to delivering integrated Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) services. With its HQ in Ennis, ASafe Global has moved into international territories in recent years, with an office in Canada and its newest office in Washington DC.  ASafe Global is a great home-grown success story.

The third speaker is Eric Mc Namara of EMC Coaching, who specialises in group and individual coaching, with an emphasis on delivering that service ‘in nature’.

Eric believes there is something special about immersing yourself in nature, that helps you open your mind to the prospect of moving forward. As well as ‘Conversations in Nature’, Eric also gives gives talks to corporate groups on self-care in the workplace, work/life balance, stress management, avoiding burnout, the highs and lows of running a business, and the dangers of allowing work to take over your life,  if you let it!

As those of you who regularly attend ‘Soapbox Breakfasts’ know, these occasions provide a great networking platform.
