O’Connor’s Bakery
O’Connor’s Bakery was established in Ennis in 1961 by Pat & Mary O’Connor, the first bakery situated on Parnell Street. Like most successful family businesses it has evolved over the past 45 years, now employing around 145 people. All shops are still serviced from Ennis with hand crafted breads and confectionary.
